Returns & Refunds

At Daisy the Dog Books, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, please review our returns and refund policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for:

• Unused and undamaged items in their original packaging.
• Items returned within 15 of the delivery date.
• Defective or damaged products, provided the damage is reported within 5 of receipt.

Exceptions:

• Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
• Digital downloads or e-books cannot be returned.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at orders@daisythedogbooks.com with the following information:

• Your order number.
• A description of the issue or reason for the return.
• Photos of the item, if damaged or defective.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item(s).

3. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product).
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.

4. Refunds

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
• If approved, refunds are processed within 10 days.

Non-Refundable Costs:

• Shipping fees (original or return) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

6. Amazon Purchases

For items purchased through Amazon, please follow Amazon’s return and refund process. We are unable to process returns or refunds for products sold directly through Amazon.
